Adult Wrestling near Newington, VA
Black Cat Jiu Jitsu teaches adult wrestling near Newington at its one Springfield academy, 8001 Forbes Pl Ste 320. You can ask about this class whether you're new to wrestling, train BJJ, or want more time on the mat.
What do you practice in adult wrestling?
You'll work on your stance and level changes to get into position for a takedown. Hand fighting, takedowns and live drilling give you chances to practice those skills with a partner. The class also works on staying on top after the takedown, a skill BJJ students can use when an exchange reaches the ground.
