When Intro no-gi BJJ meets in Springfield
Intro to Jiu Jitsu (No Gi) meets Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to noon at the Springfield academy. The weekly class schedule lists mixed-level no gi sessions too.
