Brazilian jiu jitsu for Springfield

Black Cat is a Springfield academy. We are at 8001 Forbes Place, just off Backlick Road and a few minutes from Springfield Town Center and the interchange where I-95, I-395, and I-495 meet, the one everybody around here still calls the Mixing Bowl.

If you live or work in Springfield this is your home mat. Close enough to train before work, after work, or on the way home, and close enough that a missed class is a choice rather than a logistics problem.

You do not need any experience to start. Most people walk in having never grappled and are rolling within a few weeks. Beginners, returning grapplers, and competitors all share the same room, so a first-timer always has a class built for them.
