Women's BJJ Classes near Fairfax, VA
Black Cat Jiu Jitsu offers women's Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ) classes near Fairfax at our Springfield academy. Our Saturday class gives you a place to learn with other women, even if you've never trained before.
Saturday women's gi class
Women's Only (Gi) meets Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 am. A gi is the uniform you train in. If you need a different day, check the weekly class schedule and ask us about other adult classes.
What you'll practice in women's BJJ
Emma Reiter teaches the women's jiu jitsu class. You'll learn technique and practice with a partner. During live training, your partner moves and reacts, so you can try what you practiced as the position changes.
