Kids Program

Students will learn jiu jitsu in a safe, interactive environment which will introduce children to the basic movements and the core values of jiu jitsu. This program is limited in size so we can tailor your child's instruction to their own skill level, experience and goals. Our instructors are careful to teach and group children based on their experience level and goals so that each student has the opportunity to learn martial arts in an environment that is appropriate, safe and most of all, fun. 

We are currently accepting students in the 8-13 age range.

Program Goals:

• Promote good behavior and the ability to follow instructions
• Improve ability to focus in a group setting 
• Build confidence and communication skills
• Develop and improve body coordination and balance
• Introduce basic jiu jitsu positions and techniques
