With a trial class. Tell us it is your first time and we will put you in Intro to Jiu Jitsu. No experience needed.
No. You build the fitness by training. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to. Nobody expects you to keep up on day one.
Comfortable athletic clothes. A t-shirt and shorts or leggings are perfect. You can sort out a gi or rashguard once you decide to keep going.
Start with a trial class so you can feel out the room first. The trial class is $20, and it is credited toward your first month of membership when you enroll. For membership options, give us a call or send a message and we will walk you through them.
Yes. Our Black Kittens program teaches kids real jiu jitsu in a safe, structured, encouraging room. Tell us your child's age and we will point you to the right class.
Yes. We run a dedicated women's jiu jitsu class focused on real self-defense in a welcoming room. Beginners are the norm.
Gi is the traditional uniform, and you can grab collars and sleeves. No-gi is a rashguard and shorts with no grips, so the pace is faster. We teach both, and a lot of people train both.
As often as you like. Once a week is enough to learn and de-stress. If you want to improve fast or compete, three or more is better. Both are normal here.
We do. Competition is there if you want it and completely optional if you do not. Plenty of members never compete and love training all the same.
